The journey and how you get there
For a holiday to Mount Cinnamon in Grenada, Expressions Holidays includes flights from London to Grenada with British Airways or Virgin Atlantic. The flying time is about 10 hours. Mount Cinnamon is a 10-minute drive from the airport and Expressions Holidays will organise return private car transfers.

Minimum stays: There is a minimum stay of 7 nights for arrivals during the festive season from 21 December to 2 January. There are no minimum stay outside of this season except for guests staying in Cinnamon Heights where there is a minimum stay of 5 nights required all year.
Children: Children are welcome year round. Children's activities are available at the kids' club. Meals Upgrade supplements for half board and full board are available. Infants under the age of 2 stay free of charge. Up to two children (up to 11 years) stay free when sharing a room with their parents.

About Grenada

Highlights of Grenada
The carnival is in August. Food is excellent: specialities include lambi (conch), callaloo soup made of dasheen leaves, goat and seafood, nutmeg features on top of rum punches and in breakfast jelly. Rum and Carib beer are the local drinks. Perfumes and pot pourris made from the island`s spices as well as the spices themselves, straw, palm and wood craft ware all make excellent souvenirs. Recommended excursions include St George`s, Gouvaye, Concord Falls, Dougaldston Estate, Grand Etang forest centre, Grenville, Morne Fendue plantation house and La Sagesse Protected Seascape of beaches, mangrove, salt pond and coral reef.
Travel around Grenada
The hotels we feature are a short distance by taxi from the airport. However, a hire-car is very useful for visiting the island, getting into St George’s, exploring the coast for harbours and beaches. Cars can be booked through the hotels and delivered to your hotel.

Children's clubs
The Kids' Montessori club is available during school holidays only, for 4 to 11 year olds (chargeable). There is no dedicated Teens' Club, but there are plenty of activities available for older children such as table tennis, pool, snorkelling and kayaks.

In-room babysitting is available in daytime and evening at an additional charge. Babysitting must be pre-booked at least 24 hours in advance.
