Andalucía is a region in the south of Spain which spans from the Atlantic Ocean on the west to the popular Costa del Sol on the Mediterranean Sea. Famed for its indulgent climate and coastal appeal, the region’s enigmatic interior also boasts immense variety which families will love. A touring holiday in Andalucía allows you to discover the inland treasures of this region, travelling from city to city and experiencing the region’s unique culture.
We suggest a multi-centre tour that begins in Madrid before taking you on a voyage of discovery through the historic cities of Granada, Córdoba and Seville. Each has their own historic charm, and guided tours help you to discover and learn about the civilisations that preceded you along the ancient streets. Spend the first night in Madrid before travelling between three of Andalucía’s great cities: Seville, Córdoba and Granada. These cities are famed for mediaeval Islamic architecture, tapas, bullfighting and flamenco. Kickstart your holiday by flying straight in to Madrid, then commence the rest of your tour with rail travel from city-to-city for speed and convenience. It is also possible to travel by train all the way from London, although this requires an extra night in Paris at the start and end of your holiday. Please contact us for further details.SUGGESTED HOLIDAYFly directly into Madrid then travel by rail for the rest of your tour - a comfortable and inexpensive means of transport. You will stay for two nights in each city, where you can enjoy guided tours, an Andalucian Flamenco Show, a Caliphal dinner and an Iberian ham cutting presentation.
