Included in this package are a number of gastronomic experiences which allow you to gain a knowledge of Tuscan food and wine:Join an experienced sommelier for a private wine-tasting session where you have the chance to sample a selection of wines from Tuscany and further afield. Taking place in the hotel’s well-stocked wine cellar, an expert will guide you as you taste the wines and explain the history and production methods used to create famous Tuscan wines. Learn how to cook a selection of traditional Italian dishes and regional specialities such as fresh tortellini, focaccia and crostini. Fun and informal cookery lessons are taught by a talented and experienced chef, ensuring that guests will return home with a greater knowledge of Tuscan cuisine.
