The Eremo della Giubiliana has announced the themes for the cookery lessons that can be organised at the hotel. Under the careful guidance of the hotel’s chef, guests can participate in a range of lessons from homemade pasta, to main courses and even dessert. Guests can enjoy a choice of cookery experiences which promise a true introduction in to the flavours and preparation of Italian dishes. Lessons include 2 hours of lessons in the kitchen followed by a lunch in the Don Eusebio Restaurant. The chef will introduce the ingredients and talk through the techniques and secrets of the trade before cooking commences. - Meat Dishes (either Pork or Beef Ragout or a Filled Rib of Pork)

- Vegetarian Dishes (either The Sicilian Caponata or Millefoglie of Zucchini)
