Spain’s Paradors constitute a collection of state-run hotels which occupy particularly striking, historic buildings such as former monasteries, mediaeval fortresses and hilltop castles.
These renowned hotels of varying sizes are situated in towns, cities and the countryside throughout Spain. The Paradors represent the diversity and authenticity of Spain with its myriad different landscapes and local traditions. The Paradors are usually a 4-star standard but there are some that are 3-star and others that are 5-star. Depending on the location, some may have a swimming pool, terrace and gardens but not necessarily as they are historic buildings. Paradors are suited to our bespoke and tailor-made touring holidays of Spain, which we have as suggested itineraries or which we can construct from scratch for you, with stays of one, two or three nights in each place. There are some Paradors in the countryside and on the coast where you might want to stay for longer.
