Flights from London to Ålesund for summer 2025
Norwegian Airlines has announced a new direct flight from London to Ålesund, starting in April 2025.
The flight leaves London Gatwick at 21.15 and arrives in Ålesund at 00.25. It returns at 19.15, arriving at 20.35 at London Gatwick. The service will operate twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays from April 2025.
Continuation of winter direct flights
Following on from the success of the London to Tromsø direct service this winter, there is excellent news that the Norwegian Airlines direct flights to Tromsø will continue for this coming winter 2025/2026. The days of the week and flight times vary, so ask us for details.
More direct flights - from Gatwick, Manchester and Edinburgh
Furthermore, don’t forget you can reach these cities by direct flight from London Gatwick too: Oslo, Trondheim, Bergen, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Stavanger.
There are also direct flights from Manchester to Bergen, Oslo and Tromsø in the winter.
Manchester to Tromsø operates on Saturdays, Manchester to Bergen on Mondays and Fridays, and Manchester to Oslo on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Flying to Oslo from Edinburgh is also possible. You could take the 12:50 departure from Edinburgh direct to Oslo, landing at 15:35. This emphasizes the continued choice of flights from the UK.
