The Laluna resort in Grenada nestles in ten acres of secluded tropical grounds alongside an intimate bay with a white sand beach. Laluna is composed of just sixteen cottages and a main clubhouse. Italian-designed, the Laluna hotel combines traditional Caribbean materials, a simple, minimalist style and sensual colours. The clubhouse at Laluna is composed of several low, thatched buildings overlooking the pool and also contains the restaurant and the bar. Open to the public, the restaurant opens onto the beach and serves a combination of local seafood and Italian specialities accompanied by a select wine list offering a choice from small, undiscovered vineyards in Italy. An enticing spot to relax at the end of the day is Laluna's Sunset Bar, west-facing and covered with thatch and furnished with daybeds and sofas. Nearby is the pool, alongside the beach, and surrounded by a wooden deck, housing comfortable teak sun loungers. During the daytime guests can enjoy the sandy beach at the Laluna hotel with a range of non-motorised watersports being offered.
