Bright and open interiors make a feature of vast panoramas and facilitate an easy transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. The exclusive resort is ideally positioned for discovering the rich diving opportunities of the reef, offering trips to spectacular Inner and Outer Reef sites. Other activities include research station tours, glass bottom boat trips, and a sunset wine and cheese cruise. At Osprey's Restaurant, the menu changes daily to showcase the finest local produce, emphasising excellent local seafood and tropical fruits. Gourmet picnic baskets are also provided for beach excursions. The Azure Spa draws influence from ancient traditions to offer therapies that enrich the body and the mind. Treatments include a Mermaid's Secret purifying body wrap. Guest accommodation is found in three areas: on Anchor Bay, in the tropical gardens or high upon Sunset Ridge amidst eucalyptus bushland. The chosen airline will depend upon any stopovers you might want to make en-route to Australia. Lizard Island is a 60-minute flight from Cairns Airport. Expressions Holidays includes transfers from the airport to the hotel and back.
