Situated on one of Sydney's most picturesque avenues, Spicers Potts Point is comprised of three meticulously restored Victorian terrace houses. Great care has been taken to conserve the historic features of this 22-room boutique retreat. Outside, the traditional architecture is allowed to shine, with a wonderfully intricate example of Australian veranda and terrace. Inside, the palette is neutral, peaceful and restrained with bleached oaks, lime washed bisques with highlights of gold, soft slouchy linens, cuddly soft towels and the famous Spicers Retreat bed, establishing a luxury that is relaxed and, again, uniquely Australian. Modern transparent bathrooms and original character fireplace mantels mix the language emphasising the blend of old and new. The hotel has a private club feel that peacefully envelopes the guest once inside and away carries you away from the bustle of the busy city. Guests are free to enjoy a drink at the new reception bar, breakfast in the garden courtyard, or simply soak up the ambience of Potts Point and enjoy a cup of coffee from the comfort of the private terrace.
