The journey and how you get there
For a holiday to Anahita Residences in Mauritius, Expressions Holidays includes flights from London to Mauritius Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport with British Airways direct. The flying time is about 12 hours. There are flights with other international airlines, for example Air Mauritius from London both direct and via Paris or Amsterdam and Emirates with departures from London and UK regional airports via Dubai. Anahita Residences is about 45 minutes by car from the airport and Expressions Holidays will arrange a private car transfer.

Minimum stays: A minimum stay of 7 nights 24 December to 7 January.
Children: There is a complimentary kids club for children between 4-12 years old, for children 8 months-3 years old there will be an additional cost. Children under the age of 3 stay free of charge. Cots are available. Babysitting service is available.

About Mauritius

Travel around Mauritius
The roads on Mauritius are very good. Driving is on the left. Signposts are clear. We can organise hire-cars for you in advance or the hotels can do it during your stay. If you prefer the idea of a private excursion, we can also arrange this for you in advance of your arrival.

Children's clubs
OurSpace is the resort's children's club. Open from 8:30am to 8pm daily, the club caters for children from 8 months to 13 years with a series of activities and is run by professionally trained adults. The club is complimentary for children aged between 4-13 years, and is charged per day for children aged below 4 years, however, lunch and dinner are only available here at extra charge. The Kid's Club consists of three activity areas, baby changing rooms, reception, TV area and an outdoor play area with shaded area with natural grass, complete with children's pools. Children's activities are governed by the child's age and there are daily activity plans for children to participate in including tennis, pizza making, glass bottom boat rides, dance lessons and movie nights. Club Espace is an informal club for 13 to 18 years with a join-in attitude. A wide range of activities can be organised but these depend on what the teenagers would like to do that day and could include snorkelling, water skiing, kayaking, tennis knock-out tournaments and frisbee. The focus of the activities is mainly sports with a wide range for teens to try, the last activity begins at 7pm to offer teens a chance to socialise in the evening.

It is possible to pre-order provisions for infants and toddlers to be available in your room on arrival. Please ask for details.

Children's videos, DVDs, board games and video games are available on request.
Medical services
A full time nurse and 24-hour on-call doctor service is available through the sports club. The service includes fully equipped ops theatre to perform minor surgery such as stitches.
Family dining
Self-catering is an easy option as all residences have fully fitted kitchens, but children are also welcome in the main restaurant. High chairs are available and there is a children's choice on the main menu.
Family rooms
All two, three and four bedroom units are suitable for families. All plunge pools are enclosed. Cots can be added to all rooms.
Children's amenities
Baby bath, potty, changing mat, bottle sterilizing kits, bottle heating facilities and night lights are all available and can be requested at the time of booking.
