We particularly loved the Hotel del Sogno on Lake Garda for its character, beauty and amazing views. Great service too from the reception staff. Also they gave us great recommendations for restaurants.Mr and Mrs S, June 2023

Luxury bespoke holidays and tours to Hotel le Mas de Pierre, St Paul de Venice
The traditional Provençal stone buildings of Hôtel Le Mas de Pierre are charmingly set amongst hectares of landscaped gardens at the foot of the mediaeval village of Saint-Paul de Vence. Secluded terraces throughout the hotel allow guests to revel in the sublime dusky hues of the surrounding countryside. A Relais & Châteaux member, the hotel has been beautifully furnished with rich colours, exquisite fabrics and a stylish blend of contemporary and classic furniture. At the Mas de Pierre, the interior designer Patrick Ribes has created a perfect match between contemporary luxury design and the authentic style of a traditional family home. The flavours of southern France can be enjoyed in the hotel's restaurant, La Table de Pierre, either in the serene surroundings of the dining room or, in summer, out on the terrace along with beautiful views. The hotel's peaceful situation makes it ideal for relaxation, either in the Spa's sauna or steam bath, by the side of the heated outdoor pool or amongst the olive and orange trees of the gardens. Evenings can be spent enjoying the excellent wine selection on offer in the bar, where a fireplace provides an extra welcome in winter. The hotel is ideally placed for enjoying the seclusion and peace of the countryside, yet within easy reach of the many attractions of the coast.

The journey and how you get there
For a holiday to Le Mas de Pierre, our clients fly to Nice and then usually have the use of a hire-car for the duration of the holiday, or they arrive in their own car on a self-drive holiday, often as part of a multi-centre touring holiday (we would include a Eurotunnel crossing or a ferry crossing, depending on the itinerary), or they arrive by train, having taken the Eurostar London to Paris or Lille, and then the TGV to Nice. From the railway station, if you are visiting more than one hotel or want to explore the region, we recommend having a hire-car. If you are just staying at one hotel, you may not require a hire-car and in that case we recommend that you take a taxi from the airport or station, or ask us to book a private transfer for you.
Additional information
Children: Children are welcome, and a child's menu is provided at the hotel restaurant. Extra beds and cots can be provided in selected room categories.
