Those with an eye for nature might enjoy a visit to the gardens of Pays d’Auge, the Cote Fleurie coastline, and the cliffs of Etretat. Within Honfleur can be found the Eugene Boudin Museum – an art museum, perfect for those drawn to the hotel due to its artistic lineage. Horse riding is possible nearby, as well as sulky riding at Ecurie du Petit Paris. The Domaine Dupont cider estate can be found 35 minutes from Honfleur, the Palais Benedictine is a little under an hour’s drive, and, further afield, a little over an hour away, is the characterful and historied city of Rouen. Furthermore, the D-Day Landing Beaches are also able to be visited.

Hotel Saint-Delis is a stunning Relais and Chateaux boutique hotel nestled in Honfleur’s historic district, in Normandy, around 2 hours away from Paris. Once the home of the painter Henri de Saint-Delis, born in 1878, after whom the hotel is named, the building dates back to the 17th century and was voted, by the jury of the Hotel & Lodge awards, as the most beautiful hotel in the world in the ‘Boutique-hotel’ category. Its 9 rooms are gorgeously modern and designed with a precise and tasteful touch, with warm lighting and furnishings which showcase an exquisite melding of cream, brown, and grey. Guests can indulge in the delicious homemade breakfast, made up of organic and local delights, either in their room or at the dining room buffet. Equally, superb restaurants (such as Les Impressionistes, La Boucane, and the Old Honfleur) can be found nearby, only a short walk away.
