Le Mas Candille in Mougins enjoys the beauty and serenity of an inland location, set in extensive parkland, but is just 4 miles away from the thriving atmosphere of Cannes. The 45 spacious rooms and suites are divided between the original 18th Century farmhouse, La Villa Candille and the Bastide, all of which have been constructed in Provençal style and offer luxury five-star accommodation in a peaceful setting. All rooms at Le Mas Candille are individually decorated in a style that combines antique furnishings with light, natural colours and modern amenities such as CD and DVD players and Internet access. The hotel benefits from a beautiful infinity-edge swimming pool from where you can enjoy stunning vistas across the countryside. A smaller, more intimate pool is an added bonus. After a day of either wandering around the artists' village of Mougins or relaxing in the well-kept grounds of the hotel, guests can enjoy a culinary feast in the Michelin starred Restaurant Le Candille, or opt for the more relaxed feel of the poolside restaurant, La Pergola. Here you can indulge in a number of face and body treatments and then relax in their Japanese gardens. With its proximity to Nice Airport Le Mas Candille is an ideal destination for a short break, but its excellent facilities mean that it is an equally attractive option for longer, more relaxing stays.

The journey and how you get there
For a holiday to Le Mas Candille, our clients fly to Nice and then usually have the use of a hire-car for the duration of the holiday, or they arrive in their own car on a self-drive holiday, often as part of a multi-centre touring holiday (we would include a Eurotunnel crossing or a ferry crossing, depending on the itinerary), or they arrive by train, having taken the Eurostar London to Paris or Lille, and then the TGV to Nice. From the railway station, if you are visiting more than one hotel or want to explore the region, we recommend having a hire-car. If you are just staying at one hotel, you may not require a hire-car and in that case we recommend that you take a taxi from the airport or station, or ask us to book a private transfer for you.

Children: Children's pool available for children of all ages under adult supervision, infinity-edge pool and Spa's pool do not allow children under the age of 16. Children 12 years or older may use the hotel jacuzzis only when accompanied by an adult. One child up to 12 years stays free of charge when sharing existing bedding in parent's room. Suites accommodate 2 children up to 12 years free of charge. Baby cot available free of charge. Babysitting service available.
